Interactive Tabletop Simulation

For trainers, supervisors, and team leads who want to practice decision-making under pressure. Configure a scenario, move units on the map, and respond to evolving injects. Use this before real exercises or as part of team training sessions.

How to use this exercise

  1. Set the scenario: Choose location, incident type, weather, your role, and difficulty on the left.
  2. Start the incident: Click “Start Exercise” to load units and metrics.
  3. Move your units: Click a unit (Security, Fire, EMS, Command) under the map, then click on the map to reposition it. Use the mouse wheel to zoom.
  4. Take actions: Go to the Actions / Tools tab, choose actions each turn. Your choices change Life Safety, Incident Control, and Information Flow.
  5. Advance time: Use “Advance time / next inject” to see new injects in the Log tab.
  6. Debrief: When you’re done, click “End exercise” to see a short debrief and reflection questions.
